We will gladly refund all items, excluding earrings, swimwear, undergarments, headgear, and bodysuits due to sanitary reasons.
Items for return must be postmarked and in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unwashed, unsoiled, and unworn with original tags and sanitary labels attached, in their original packaging.
Customers can be refunded to their original method of payment or they can opt to receive a store credit. We do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Items purchased using a discount code can only be returned for store credit. Items purchase with a store credit are non-refundable and can only be returned for store credit.
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned items are received by Metalux. Please allow 3 - 5 business days during holiday periods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Metalux reserves the right to deny a return if items are used, soiled, worn, or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or odors. These soiled or damaged items will be returned at the customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item has not been accepted.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash value.
