International orders may be processed through customs regulations which could cause a slight delay in shipping times.

UNDELIVERABLE / RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

Packages returned to the warehouse that have been marked as undeliverable by our shipping carrier will be held for a maximum of thirty (30) days and two (2) contact attempts will be made by us on behalf of the issue. Customers that wish to have their packages redelivered are responsible for the shipping cost. Customers that do not wish to have the order reshipped will be refunded in full minus a 8.02% restocking fee. Orders that go unclaimed for thirty (30) days will also be refunded in full minus a 8.02% restocking fee.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-ordered pieces ship within 1-3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order has shipped. If your order includes both pre-order and in stock items, they will be shipped separately.
