RETURN POLICY

​METALUX prides itself on offering high quality merchandise, excellent customer service, and accurate order fulfillment. We will gladly refund all items, excluding earrings, swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments and headwear due to sanitary reasons.

Items for return must be postmarked and in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any packages postmarked out of this time frame will be denied, and will be returned at the customers expense. All items must be returned unwashed, unsoiled, and unworn with original tags and sanitary labels attached, in their original packaging.
 
Customers can be refunded to their original method of payment or they can opt to receive a store credit. We do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a free gift in your order, it must also be returned or a $5.00 fee will be deducted from your total refund.

​Items purchased using a discount code can only be returned for store credit. Items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable.​

After METALUX has received your return, all items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Please allow 1-2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned items is received by METALUX. Please allow 3-5 business days during holiday periods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

METALUX reserves the right to deny a return if items are used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or odors. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to the customer. You will be notified via email if your returned item has not been accepted.
