RETURNS & EXCHANGES


METALUX prides itself on offering high quality merchandise, excellent customer service, and accurate order fulfillment. We will gladly refund all items, excluding earrings, swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments and headwear due to sanitary reasons.

Items for return must be postmarked and in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unwashed, unsoiled, and unworn with original tags and sanitary labels attached, in their original packaging.
 
Customers can be refunded to their original method of payment or they can opt to receive a store credit. We do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Items purchased using a discount code can only be returned for store credit. Items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable.

Please allow 1-2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned items are received by METALUX. Please allow 3-5 business days during holiday periods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

METALUX reserves the right to deny a return if items are used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or odors. These soiled or damaged items will be returned at the customer's expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item has not been accepted.

SIZE EXCHANGE 
 
Love your new METALUX piece but need a different size? Email us at support@shopmetalux.com to initiate an exchange, or click here. We offer one complimentary size exchange per order (multiple items in the order can be exchanged at that time). Items that have received a complimentary size exchange may only be returned for store credit.

FINAL SALE
 
 Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

GIFT CARD

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash value.
