WHAT IS THE LOYALTY CLUB?
The Loyalty Club rewards you for shopping on METALUX. Every 500 points you earn gets you $5 in rewards to be used on your next or future purchase and every 950 points you earn gets you $10 in rewards to be used on your next or future purchase.
IS IT FREE TO JOIN THE LOYALTY CLUB?
Yes! The Loyalty Club is free to join. There are no enrollment or annual fees, and no credit card application. You must register for an account on www.shopmetalux.com in order to participate in the loyalty program. Just provide your full name, email address, and start shopping.
WHO CAN JOIN THE LOYALTY CLUB?
Currently, The Loyalty Club is available to US residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment. All communications will be in English and the currency value will be in USD.
WHERE CAN I EARN POINTS?
You earn 100 points immediately upon signing up. After that, you continue to earn points on anything you buy and don't return on www.shopmetalux.com. Points will be applied to your account within 28 days from the date of shipment. Taxes, services (including expedited shipping and gift wrap), gift cards, and rewards applied to a purchase do not qualify for points.
WHAT DO I GET WITH MY POINTS?
Once you have earned 500 points, you will have the choice to redeem them for a $5 reward or continue to hold them for a $10 reward.
