Has my order shipped?
Log in to your account by clicking on "My Account" in the quick links menu at the bottom of the page and check the status of your order.

How long does shipment take?
All orders leave our facility within 1 business day. At checkout, choose the shipment method of your choice.

*International orders MAY be processed through customs regulations which could cause a slight delay in shipping times*

How do I track my order?
Log in to "My Account" and navigate to the tab "My Orders" where you will see your past and present order numbers and tracking details (tracking details appear when item has shipped). If you do not have an account, you can revisit the email that confirmed shipment of your order and click "Track my Order".

How do I create an account?
Click "My Account" in the quick links menu at the bottom of the page. You will be given the option to log in with an existing account or to create a new account via your e-mail address, Facebook, or G-mail.

Then simply follow the steps to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. 

I forgot my password.
Click "My Account" and select the option to log in with an existing account. Look for the "Forgot Password?" option underneath the log in box. From there, you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address associated with your account. A link to reset your password will be emailed to the address provided.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide. 

What are my payment choice?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, etc.) and PayPal. Customers can also apply for no-interest payment plans via Sezzle and Afterpay, and pay over time! If none of these work for you, contact customer service, here, and we can make other arrangements on a case by case basis.

What is the return policy?
In short, all unworn (original tags attached, no hair, odors, or stains) items omitting earrings, headwear, swimwear and underwear are eligible for return within 14 days of its delivery date. I have a question about the amount I was charged.
Log in to "My Account". You can then compare your order history on our website to the charges on your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service, or click here.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Log in to "My Account". Click on "My Orders" to view your orders and print their invoices.

When will my credit appear in my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the moment we receive your returned item(s). However, this can also take as little as 3 business days.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
Your credit card will be charged the moment you submit your order.

How do I use my promo/discount code?
After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. Underneath the items in your cart, select "Add Promo/Store Credit Code" and a field will appear where your code can be entered and applied.
